For our AOC to establish and grow we need to get our senior team in place. We are firm believers that the cultural tone is set from the top, so we are looking for post-holders who have industry experience willing to be based in Malta, but more importantly, are fully bought into a transparent and team-orientated way of working. Here are the roles we are seeking to fill:

  • Internal ref: 015 Compliance Manager

In addition to the post-holder roles, we are also seeking the following roles who will work in the office in Malta as part of the Operations team, alongside the Director of Ground Operations.

For these 2 roles we would like to see at least 12 months experience of working in an aviation office environment.

Even if you have never worked in aviation before, but are customer-centric, like thinking on your feet, pride yourself on not missing a beat, and enjoy the buzz of a quickly changing environment – these roles below, could be perfect for you. We are genuinely recruiting for aptitude, so welcome those who have cut their teeth in retail, events, hospitality etc. as well as those who have already got aviation operations experience under their belt and are looking for the next challenge.
